Accommodations
Because most of our guests will be coming from out of town, we are providing detailed information about different hotel accommodation options. For your convenience, we recommend that our guests stay at one of the three hotels where we have reserved room blocks. Because the reception is taking place at the Millennium Bostonian Hotel, we will not be providing transportation to other area hotels.
We have reserved room blocks for Friday June 7th and Saturday June 8th at three downtown hotels: the Millennium Bostonian Hotel, the Boston Marriott Long Wharf and the Ames Hotel. The Boston Marriott Long Wharf and the Ames are both located a short 5-7 minute walk to the Millennium.
**If you experience any problems when making a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the hotel(s) to try to resolve the issue**
Millennium Bostonian Hotel
• Room rate is $269.00 per night plus applicable taxes.
• For reservations, please call 617-523-3600 and inform the hotel that
you are part of the Wojtusik/Shipley wedding block.
• Please note that there is no self-parking associated with the hotel,
however, you are able to valet with the hotel for an additional fee
(currently priced at $45.00 per night).
• All reservations must be made by May 8, 2013. After May 8th, any
remaining rooms in the block will be released back to the hotel.

Boston Marriott Long Wharf
• Room rate is $309.00 per night plus applicable taxes.
• For reservations, please click the above link or call 617- 227-0800 and inform the hotel that
you are part of the Wojtusik/Shipley wedding block.
• Please note that there is no self-parking associated with the hotel,
however, you are able to valet with the hotel for an additional fee
(currently priced at $44.00 per night).
• All reservations must be made by May 11, 2013. After May 11th, any
remaining rooms in the block will be released back to the hotel.

Ames Hotel
• Room rate is $270.00 per night plus applicable taxes.
• This rate includes a compliementry continental breakfast.
• For reservations, please call 800-697-1791 and inform the hotel that
you are part of the Shipley/Wojtusik wedding block.
• Please note that there is no self-parking associated with the hotel,
however, you are able to valet with the hotel for an additional fee
(currently priced at $42.00 per night).
• All reservations must be made by April 25, 2013. After April 25th, any
remaining rooms in the block will be released back to the hotel.

Other Boston Options
Boston is a very walkable city and offers a number of hotels that are easily accessible to public transportation. If you do prefer to stay in another Boston hotel, there a few factors to keep in mind. First, parking is limited in the city, so be sure to check the parking rates/policy before booking. Second, if you plan on utilizing public transportation, be sure that there is a T (subway) stop within walking distance. Lastly, June is at the tail end of graduation season (which brings thousands of people into the city) and in the middle of tourist season. Therefore, we do not recommend waiting until the last minute to book a hotel room. We would be happy to offer our thoughts and opinions on any Boston hotel that you are considering. We also have one hotel, that while we were unable to reserve a room block because the hotel is smaller in size, we think would be a good option for staying in the city on a budget.

Suburban Hotel Options
For those who do not wish to wish to stay in downtown Boston, there are more affordable hotel options in the surrounding suburbs. In addition, there is a greater chance of finding hotels that offer complimentary parking outside of the city. The Millennium Bostonian Hotel is conveniently located close to I-93, which will provide an easy (by Boston standards) commute to suburban hotels. Be aware, however, that these options will likely not have access to public transit and will generally be about a 20-30 minute drive from the Millennium. Because we will not be providing transportation to other hotels, any guests who choose to stay elsewhere will have to arrange for their own transportation to and from the reception.
Anyone looking for alternative overnight accommodations is encouraged to use websites such as Kayak.com to search for the best available rates. Below is a list of hotels that we think may be worth considering for guests on a budget. Lastly, please do not hesitate to contact us for any recommendations on other hotel options. We will be more than happy to offer any advice that we can!
