Our wedding reception will take place at the Millennium Bostonian Hotel in downtown Boston. Cocktail hour will begin at 6:30pm in the Seasons Foyer on the fourth floor of the hotel. At approximately 7:30pm, guests will be welcomed into the Seasons Ballroom for the reception. In the Ballroom, please take the time to view the cityscape. You will be able to see Adam’s favorite building, the Custom’s House Tower (building with the large clock tower), Faneuil Hall, where Sarah was sworn into the Massachusetts Bar, and the Old State House. The reception will last until 11:30pm.

If you have not gotten your fill of food, drink and dancing at the reception, you can head down to the first floor of the hotel to the North 26 Restaurant and Bar (the Millennium’s in house restaurant) or explore the many restaurants and bars near the hotel.

Important Announcements
Guest Buses
Buses will be provided to transport guests to and from the church for the wedding ceremony. The buses will leave from the Millennium Bostonian Hotel at approximately 3:00pm. Please report to the lobby of the Millennium no later than 2:45pm to begin boarding and ensure that the buses timely arrive at the church. The buses will be able to accommodate all guests wishing to utilize them.

Hotel Blocks
All hotel blocks will be released back to the hotels approximately one month before the wedding. If you are planning on booking a room and have not yet done so, please book as soon as possible. Once the rooms are released you cannot take advantage of our group rate.

Hotel Check-in Times
Please be aware that you may not be able to check into your hotel room on Saturday until after the ceremony. Please make any necessary arrangements with the hotels to store your luggage. There will be ample time between the ceremony and the start of cocktail hour to check into the hotels. Please note that the bus company will not be responsible for anything left on the buses, so please do not leave any personal belongings on the buses.
